AMSR Unit 5: Work, Self and Systems

This Unit explores questions of leading change in complex systems and the changing nature of how work gets done. Participants are invited to consider their own understanding of and ‘position’ as leader. Different kinds of leadership are considered - entrepreneur, artist, innovator, manager, citizen and so on – including connections between ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ work.
